I give estimates based on the type of needs of the website and on the common tasks required for your project.
I strive to keep my rates affordable and reasonable. I think you will find my rates are some of the most affordable that you will find anywhere!
All new websites need a down payment before starting the project. The rest is billed after it's completed.

I will take anything you have readily available and then we will work together to fill in the gaps. The most common things I would need:
- Photos of you and your business
- A write-up about who you are and what your website is about.
- Logos, color palettes, fonts, and other design preferences.
Don't have these?
That's ok - we will work through it together.

How much will my website cost annually after it's built?
You have 3 options after the website is completed:
- I can do 100% of the maintenance and you will be billed semi-annually from me. This relieves you of learning a website program or worrying about domain renewals and other fees. I will take care of everything. It's all included.
- You can do most updates, but I can be available for issues. This would be at a reduced cost.
- Or ... once the website is completed, I can turn full control of the website over to the customer. All fees would be charged to your credit card and I would no longer be working on the project.

Each year, I will evaluate the website fees and work load to offer a fair price for both parties. This will include all template fees. I will handle all of the renewals so you don't have to worry about the website being shut down.

Absolutely! I am here to help with all your online needs. I can set-up accounts for you, help with maintaining them or just get you started and let you take over once it's completed.

It is sometimes possible for me to do rush orders on a website. If it is a very rushed, immediate need, there may be an additional fee. Send me a message as soon as possible, and I will get back to you to let you know the details and if a website in your timeline is attainable.
